To install, place PedConversation.asi and PedConversation.ini into your root folder with ScriptHookV.dll. Press the "T" key when near a pedestrian to start a conversation with them and press the "Y" key when near a pedestrian to make them talk to you first and then you reply. You can do this to do a cool ongoing conversation. It is recommended you use ped models only and not players/animals as they sometimes do not have the conversation script and may/may not crash the game. I already know that players do something similar but this is more complex in making a conversation playing AS a ped. You can change the key to use the mod by editing the .ini file with any desired key from: You know those funny ambient conversations? Now you can join in on them too! @jedijosh920 Hey I've played around with this a bit and used Menyoo to give my mp freemode female a voice. For some reason only the Vagos voice ("g_f_y_vagos_01_latino_mini_02.awc") works. Other voices do have "CHAT_STATE" audio files but they won't play using the female freemode character. I've also noticed the pain and screaming voice gets changed when having switched to the freemode character. I think they're the generic ones found in "PAIN.rpf". The breathing though is still the voice the last chosen story character. I'm gonna fiddle around some more to make my character feel a bit more alive. This mod helps a lot. Thanks! :D

@jedijosh920 greeting friend, is there a mod to talk about the characters in offline? I make short film with rockstar editor and this little inconveniant becomes a handicap in my creations.

you know what? i was watching the conversation between the npcs and it seems to be a loop stuff and repeats the same thing i think its like 3,4 variation of talks(which is not much) per npc/ped and the npc answers are the same like the guy talk with a girl ''hey whats up'' the girl answer like ''whatever'' its wierd its like ''yeah f*ck you i dont care go home then'' and is the same answer everytime someone starts talk the other says ''whatever'' and also if you stand still in the same place for like a few minutes they stop talking and take a long time to they talk again the same loop its wierd and funny at the same time I thought gta v had more varieties of dialogues but no,i wish someone make a mod where we can kiss,hug girls something like that(to become more realistic),anyways...but still that mod is awesome.

I know this is an old mod, but does this work with the mp models by any slim chance? MP models don't generally talk and I only know the falling sounds they have. Maybe it works if you change your voice to another ped if you're using MP or Player models, with a trainer or something?

@jedijosh920 I like this mod but, how can I use it using an actual controller like a Logitech controller, which is what I use to play gta5? How do I configure my gamepad to work with this mod and engage in converstaions with peds without having to use the keyboard? Is it possible to assign corresponding keys directly to my controller without using the keyboard? I don't like using or pressing any keys in the keyboard to activate any mods unless I have no choice. I prefer using my Logitech F310 Gamepad which I have connected to my PC, for all movements and activation of any mods I have installed and that's what I've always used to play gta5.
