Why my logitech headset mic is not working? ›

Check your PC settings

Go through these steps on your Windows PC or laptop. Go to 'Start' and 'Settings'. Click on 'Privacy' and 'Microphone'. Click 'Select' and 'Allow apps to access microphone'.

If the antenna is damaged, loose, or obstructed, the microphone may not work properly or at all. Make sure the antenna of the microphone and the receiver are intact, secure, and oriented correctly. Avoid any physical or metal barriers that may block or reflect the radio waves.

Right click your microphone and click Enable (if it's enabled, you'll see Disable). Right click on your microphone again and select Set as Default Device. Right click your microphone, and click Properties. Click the Levels tab, and drag the volume slider to maximum.
