How to reach level or map Level 4?
I cant reach level 4

I completed all races in stage 3 but i cant proceed to stage 4.. do i still have chance to unlock stage 4 by upgrading my ratings? and not to make new account to start again .. tnx

... To get to a new area you have to complete a certain amount of regular races (not outruns), URL races, your sponsor's races, and be featured on a certain number of DVD covers.
You can check how much by pressing down and then right on your control pad while on the world map to show your completion status of the level you're at now.
