After JBL devices are no longer in use, it is best to discard the device with an e-waste handling facility.

Recycle to Reduce E-Waste

Keep in mind that all electronics shouldnot be put in the trash. Find an electronics collection site near you to simply drop it off.
If there is no collection site near you or you have a large quantity of devicesyou may need to work directly with a recycler.

Please follow your state’s electronic waste law and guidelines.

If your electronics are no longer usable:

  1. Good to know that you can contact a recycler if there is no collection point nearby. I’ve mucked out my basem*nt and need someone to pick up the scrap. Hopefully I will find a suitable contact person for proper scrap disposal.

    Gut zu wissen, man sich an einen Recycler wenden kann, wenn sich keine Sammelstelle in der jeweiligen Nähe befindet. Ich habe meinen Keller ausgemistet und brauche einen Abnehmer für den Schrott. Hoffentlich finde ich einen geeigneten Ansprechpartner für ordnungsgemäße Schrottentsorgung.

  2. I have a lot of junk at home. Good to know that you can donate it or sell it to the scrap dealer. I will probably consider both.
    Ich habe einiges an Schrott zu Hause. Gut zu wissen, dass man diesen spenden oder auch an den Schrotthandel verkaufen kann. Ich werde wahrscheinlich beides in Betracht ziehen.
