Originally this page ranked the best Open Wheel Vehicles in GTA 5 by the average of their statistics shown in-game (Speed, Acceleration, Braking, Handling) but unfortunately, the in-game stats bars have proven to be inaccurate, so we changed the ranking to use these more reliable and tested lap times.

@SpivenatorVehicles are ranked by lap time. Some vehicles may have a faster top speed but less maneuverability, making them overall worse/slower than one that may have a lower top speed.

So if I'm trying to find the best bike in gta v, how is this list at all relevant? Why do you even include it in the title? Sure, it includes gta v bikes as well as online, but why? This list is only usefull for online.
