I was watching some old scenes of Stelena on YouTube, and I've noticed a lot of things. I like Damon with Elena and Caroline with Stefan, but there is something about Stelena that is more special. They have more chemistry and there love is so true. Damon and Elena are more of a sexual type of relationship more seductive. I'm not saying they don't love each other, its just that Stefan and Elena have been through so much. Idk this is just my opinion. Also when u watch the two, u get this feeling that u dont get with Delena. Idk this is my opinion lol. Also based on the comment, the books say Stelena is supposed to be endgame. Thoughts?

To my knowledge, the spell on doppelgangers drew them near the same area. If doppels were destined to be in love, I think Stefan would have continued to reciprocate Katherine's feelings. And Elena would have continued to reciprocate Stefan's. But Steferine and Stelena fell out of love. I think Elena and Stefan's conversation by the fireplace about their relationship was meant to explain it further. It was after the spell was lifted.
Another Note: The end of that conversation was stupid. Elena asked if she and Damon would ever be able to talk the way she and Stefan do. Basically admitting DE can't be open with each other. Then Stefan said some bs like "you can either be friends with someone or in love with them". The writers kind of pulled that logic out of their ass to justify DE's lack of honest conversation bc SE always talked to each other that way. Steroline are in love and they are just as honest. Bonenzo has very open and honest conversations, one recently happened. Another reason TVD got worse as time went on: the writers did whatever to justify the painfully obvious issues with DE.

In my opinion Damon and elena were kind of drawn towards each other from the beginning. Not every relationship has to be based on what they say. Most of there actions proved how much they love each other. When elena was with stefan it was cute but what they lacked was danger, adventure and consuming love. Delena was toxic I agree but that's what made them exciting. It showed us how strong they are together. When elena was with stefan she was happy but she always tried to push the fact that she had feelings for Damon. But with Damon she never had to push any feelings for stefan she only felt guilty because she hurt stefan.
Caroline is better being a single lady just from my opinion she doesnt needs a man.. She is a bad ass vampire barbie.. Btw i like all the names damon gave to her.. 😅😅

I love Delena better at the beginning of the show I knew that Delena was going to be endgame. Damon gives Elena adventure and courage do be herself. I mean Stefan didn't give her much to live for, the reason he dated Elena is bc he thought she was Katherine. I never believed their love was truly real.
o.O Stefan did not date Elena because he thought she was Katherine. One of the reasons the Salvatores fell in love with Elena was because they believed she was nothing like Katherine. Also, when Elena was giving her "goodbyes" to everyone, she told Stefan he was the one who "literally saved her life". "I never thought I'd be happy again. And then I met you." Through Stefan, Elena made a connection with so many people, Damon most of all. Yikes man.. Did you really watch the show lol

Now that the show is over.....My opinion remains the same...DE is miles better.
