You must be registered at a PDSA Pet Hospital to arrange an appointment. If your pet needs urgent, emergency care please call your local Pet Hospital directly.

You can request an appointment at any time using this form. Your hospital team will be in touch within 5 days to arrange your appointment.

If you've recently registered with PDSA, you’ll need to wait 24 hours before requesting an appointment. If you need an appointment sooner, or have difficulty using this form, call 0800 731 2502(9am-5pm Mon–Fri).
