The 2013 McLaren P1 is a British hypercar manufactured by McLaren and is equipped with a 3.8L twin-turbocharged V8 engine. The car was first unveiled at the 2012 Paris Motor Show and acts as the spiritual successor to the McLaren F1 which was produced between 1993-1998 and shares many of the same features of the F1. The P1 itself was produced between 2013-2015 with a total of 375 units ever produced.

The Crew 2[]

The McLaren P1 made its first appearance in The Crew 2. To obtain it, players must defeat Tio Marquez which can be done by winning The Keys To The City street race which is part of the street racing motorsport family. Once defeated, players can unlock the P1 for free thus meaning that they do not have to spend any bucks or credits to obtain it.

Gold Line Edition[]

A special variant of the Mclaren P1 named "Gold Line" Edition is a modified version of the car featuring an altered body kit and a gunmetal paintjob with gold lining (hence the name). It was added to game as part of the Into the Storm update and is an exclusive vehicle to the S7/E1 of the MotorPass. It can be obtained by purchasing the premium pack of the MotorPass.
