If you continue to have trouble with your Etsy digital downloads, you can contact the seller using Etsy Messages. Supply the email address you used for purchase as well as the order number (if you have it.) I would also be helpful to tell the seller the product you purchased and the time and day. This will allow the Etsy seller to quickly access your order and confirm your purchase.

- Select number of copies.
- Choose the delivery button (even if picking up at a Staples near me.) If you are not signed in, a popup will appear to sign in.
- Begin your checkout process to pay, choose delivery, or choose store pickup.
