They helped me out the same day when it normal tak...They helped me out the same day when it normal takes a few days but they seen it was a urgent matter and handled it with no attitude. Not to busy they try to get you in and out.

This location was the best I ever been to. The all...This location was the best I ever been to. The all staff was helpful and attentive. They made sure to inform me on everything and that I had someone to assist me with what I need. Love them all with an excellent customer service!

They seriously need people who know what they are ...They seriously need people who know what they are doing and every department needs to be on the same page . So many people give you different answers on the same question.... And they don't always answer their phone....

The ones that complain that Ms. Renee is rude is i...The ones that complain that Ms. Renee is rude is it because you can t get your way? Could it be that you're rude to her? The lady is only following rules and regulations. This lady has gone above and beyond for me. She s the only one that will explain the process as well as getting her job done in a timely manner unlike some of the other staff. She's a wonderful Coordinator and the only one that would answer her phone.

They never call back when you leave them multiple ...They never call back when you leave them multiple messages and this lady Renee was so RUDE she would answer the phone and when I want to ask her about my case she shotes the phone in my face.What kind of staff do they have.And I gave them all the paper work they needed and at the end I was denied.

I don t understand why clients are making all bad complaints about her. She s the only person that will answering the phone and return your phone call after you have left numerous voicemails, when I am sure she s not the only employee at this agency. She goes above and beyond to assist me.

The receptionist Renee is extremely RUDE. She does...The receptionist Renee is extremely RUDE. She does not give you time to say what you re calling for, or time to explain anything. And it seems like she hates her job. I just feel that people like this should not still have a job. It makes no sense to tell her supervisor because she is just as rude. You all really need to hire more friendly, customer service oriented individuals. It would also be useful to put your employees through a customer service training program on a CONSISTENT basis. Because they do not have people skills AT ALL!!!

And even though I wasn't eligible renee was more than helpful to me in explaining why I was not eligible. good place and great staff. I would recommend renee to anyone who is looking for honest answers and excellent quality customer service .

It would be nice if they d answer the phone and re...It would be nice if they d answer the phone and return messages. Front desk was great to me but my area rep obviously doesn t care. It s very frustrating especially when you have a child in need and as a parent you re upset that you re trying to get resources and help and no one can return a call. I m in customer service and I actually call people back, no matter how busy I am. It s unprofessional. But since I have no other choice I guess I ll go in there and see if I can get help. Of course I work full time which makes it difficult but what else to do? I ll update this review after going in.
