Want to create a new character and I want to make a hollow one dwarf. So i see in lineage how to add a hollow one and it says if I add this to what my race is I get the traits of the hollow one and my dwarf, but how do you add hollow one to the race? I don't see a button or link. I see in hollow one I can 2 skills but that's it. I tried custom lineage also and didn't see anything there either. Am I missing something?

Hollow One isn't a lineage, it's a supernature gift. Supernatural gifts aren't natively supported (yet), but you can add them to your sheet using a homebrew feat which should be able to add the relevant notes and modifiers.
As for actual lineages (dhampir, hexblood, and reborn), you don't add those to a race; you select the lineage in the character builder, and then customise your sheet to reflect the traits from your previous race.

The current implementation isn't intuitive and compared to most other parts can not be automated in the character creation process but has to be done by hand later on - having to skim through the source material and navigating back and forth to input it. For an official feature and the reasonable possibility of it getting expanded further down the line - the implementation is pretty lacking imho. Hope this will change at a not so distant future in a not so alternative timeline :D -

thanks for the help guys! I meant Reborn when I first posted, idk why I said hollow one lol. After playing with the site a little bit, I just did a home brew character with the race and stats I wanted and just called it a reborn dwarf. So everything worked out fine! Thanks again for the help! :)

I’ve creative a Half-ling Reborn. I want to give him the Bountiful Luck (a feat only available to Half-lings) but it doesn’t give me the option when I’m editing his feats. Is there another way to add it?

That's because a Reborn Halfling is not a true Halfling and thus doesn't qualify. On the first ("Home") page of the character builder you can disable requirements for feats (and/or multiclassing) though, so assuming your DM is ok with waiving this racial requirement you can get around it that way.
Want to start playing but don't have anyone to play with? You can try these options: [link].

It's 2024 and they still haven't added this without having to use homebrew...
