Vauxhall Corsa Electric
The Vauxhall Corsa Electric is big news in Britain. We're talking about one of the best-selling cars of the last two decades being offered with a 100 percent fully electric powertrain for the very first time.
With a very usable maximum range of 222 miles and a rapid charge to 80 percent in just 30 minutes, this is a car that will suit many different lifestyles, but particularly those who spend most of their time doing 10 to 20-mile journeys in and around town. Simply charge it up at home overnight, and you're good to go.
0 to 62mph is dealt with in just 7.6 seconds in the Corsa Electric - a fair bit faster than both the petrol and diesel models. The electric Corsa is also cheaper to run than petrol-powered alternatives in terms of fuel cost, especially when you make the most of home-charging capabilities and recharge the Corsa Electric overnight.

Peugeot e-208
Peugeot's advanced electric vehicle platform has been implemented in spectacular fashion with the 100 percent fully electric, automatic-onlye-208.
This stunning little car is one of the best looking superminis on sale today, and is packed with useful technology to make driving easier and more pleasant. Automatic air conditioning, pre-heating functionality, and an electric parking brake are standard on all electric e-208 models, as are rear parking sensors and USB sockets in the front and rear.

From its humble origins to BMW's takeover, the iconic MINI has long been a fan favourite and the latest generation has been equipped with an impressive all-electric powertrain.
Simply called the MINI Electric, it looks almost identical to a traditionally-powered MINI, meaning the car's well-loved aesthetics and charisma remains. However, there are a few subtle differences such as funky alloy wheels, luminous elements and a distinctive front grille to set you apart from the usual MINI crowd.

Nissan LEAF
Nissan were the first manufacturer to bring an electric vehicle to the mass market with the original LEAF. The latest generation model is smarter, better looking and of course can travel much further on a single charge.
It's a well-proportioned and spacious model with excellent interior technology. New remote features include climate control, available through the NissanConnect Services app, and the ability for users to connect the LEAF to their Amazon Alexa smart home device.
